Hailey's First Day of Preschool

Hailey has been asking to go to school for at least a year. Well, yesterday was her lucky day! She was so excited to go to preschool. We are a part of a joy school type thing with some friends. She goes for 2 hours twice a week. She loved it so much, she didn't want to leave when I got there to pick her up.

Here she is, ready for her first day....(it was a bit windy outside)

Erin's 2 Month Stats

I can't believe Erin is 2 months old! Time is flying fast and she is growing fast.

Length: 22.5in (80%)
Weight: 10.2lbs (40%)

It took her 6 weeks to get up to her birth weight, but now she is gaining like a champ. (We had to switch to formula, so that might have something to do with it.)

Happy Birthday, Josh!

Today Josh turned the big 3-0! We are on day 3 of potty training, so we didn't have much of a celebration. But we had a nice little family party for dad.

As soon as Josh got home, Hailey made him wear his crown and open the present she wrapped for him (a miniature wizard she painted). We had a yummy dinner and an interesting dessert. Josh isn't a fan of cake, so I always try to come up with something different. We've had...a cheese ball, an ice cream sandwich cake, a tater tot "cake", pies... This year I decided to make chocolate covered bacon. I heard it was pretty awesome. It was ok. Josh didn't love it (sorry, babe). Hailey was definitely a fan.
