Santa

She didn't scream, but she wasn't thrilled to meet the old guy.

Merry Christmas!!

Here is this year's edition of the Gubler Family Christmas card.

We wish everyone an awesome holiday. May we all remember the real meaning of Christmas, the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Just Some Cute Things

Hailey has been especially cute lately, so I decided to post a few of her new interests. She has finally become very interested in boxes. She's always been somewhat interested, but now they take up a lot of her day.

Whenever Josh gets the tripod out to take some pictures, she commandeers it and pushes it around as much as possible.

She has a penguin visor. This past week it has been her newest accessory. Of course she sports it upside-down and backwards.

She loves to sing...especially "Jingle Bells", "Head Shoulders Knees and Toes", "Elmo's World", "Skidamarinkidinkidink", "Once There Was A Snowman". Really, anything she can remember.

She likes to play in the snow, but isn't a fan of making snow angels.

She's also been saying some cute things, and I wanted to write them down so I wouldn't forget them.

"Slippy" = slippery
"No singing", "Don't sing" - when either Josh or I are singing and she doesn't want us to. Sometimes she gets us confused with the radio.
"Cazy mom (dad, meow)"
"I carry you." - when she wants us to pick her up
"You help you." -when she wants help

Decorating the Christmas Tree

It took us about a week to get it all done, but Hailey decorated her first Christmas tree. It was lots of fun. Hailey was very interested in all the lights and ornaments. She kept making the funniest "wow" face.

Stockings!

I made stockings and they turned out awesome! I didn't have much hope, but they turned out way better than I expected. It was hard picking everything out, thinking "Hailey has to like this when she is 16." We shall see.

They don't have names on them yet...I'm still trying to figure that part out.

Painted Toenails

Today was the first time in Hailey's life that I painted her toenails. I figured in celebration of the Christmas Season, we should have some bright red toenails. This is the best picture. All the others show what a terrible job I did. She was kind of fidgety. But it was fun.

Snow

Yesterday, when we woke up, there was a few inches of snow on the ground, and still more coming down. While Josh went and shoveled walks, Hailey and I played in the snow for a bit. Come to find out, her snow boots don't fit and she doesn't like to wear her mittens. After sticking her little fingers in the snow, she decided she wanted some gloves, so we put a pair of mine on her. It was pretty awesome.

I'm posting way too many pictures for this little event, but they were just so cute. I love how fluffy she is in her snow suit.
